We attended the "how to sell your home" class, and did the hard work of following through on about 99% of what we learned (de-cluttering, cleaning, making repairs... exhausting, but worth it!) They achieved a pending sale on both of our properties within a week or two of listing, and for a greater sales price than we had hoped!
